  2. “sh”khol I know we weep our loss, but OH! How cherished the thought our loved one dwells with Him, whose loving kindness shared Ya’el with us, blessing our lives — enhancing the lives of all she touched. My beloved Grandmother told me as a child, “weep when a baby is born. Celebrate when they leave this life for their true home with G-d.”. So learning this day Ya’el has traveled home, I celebrate your life sharing these memories we made from our short time together a long while ago. 1. “You’re weird,” she once told me and from her child’s eyes, I probably was. This was an LOL moment, though I waited till she left the room. Wonder how Mom and Dad dealt with explaining the voluntary hippie away? 2. Yowling outside my sleeping room about pickles (?) on her sandwich for Dad to take them off, I subtly walked past her saying, “just take the pickles off yourself!” Not sure she did but the yelling stopped! 😀. But my fondest memory. — I was young in Messanic prayers so thought shekahol was all one said over their food. Those big brown eyes looked up at me, and I could tell she was some timid in saying, “that’s not how you say it.” I looked down, waited a moment then asked her, “how do you say it?” And she spat out the prayer we bless over our food as a pro then turned and walked out of the room. I found the prayer and started over again. ❤️ In closing, this beautiful poem by Mary Elizabeth Frye so suitable a farewell: “ Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
    Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.“. 🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🕊🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱

  3. In so sorry for Debbie and Joe. I to have a daughter. Touched to read that she wanted to join the Israeli Defence Forces. May God comfort you both.

  4. I’ve just learned of Yael’s passing, and wish to convey my deepest sympathies to the family. I was Yael’s 1st grade teacher and remember her beautiful smile. She was so happy and laughed often. My mother often commented that Yael was what Queen Esther must have looked like as a child in the best possible way.

  6. Joe and Debbie, my deepest and most sincere condolences. I am sure Yael was a great person, and I hurt for you both. I have missed our past work together, for many, many years, and your teachings have stayed with me. The next time I make it to Beaumont, I will attempt to locate you, so we can talk. Stay strong, and keep the faith, my friends from the past.

  7. Dear Debbie and Joe, I just found out about your precious Yael. I am so sorry. We never expect to loose our young ones. But life does not always give us what we expect. May God hold you secure in this time of pain and loss.

  8. Hi there. I’m most likely not known to the family, but I’m was a member of an online community that she took part in regularly. It was a small circle of friends that would come together to chat, laugh, and catch up on each other’s lives. She loved to show off her dogs and her drawings, comforting us whenever we were down. We’d gather around and help her pick out outfits, snacks, and encourage her to pursue her dreams in art.

I only just now found out about what happened. I’m extremely shocked. The entire online community is grieving– it would not have been what it was if Yael wasn’t there. She was such a darling. I hope she receives the utmost love from the heavens, and that’s she’s happy, laughing, and smiling.

  9. Sincere condolences for your loss. I remember being in Israel and hearing about Yael from Joe and how happy he was to receive such a blessing. May HaShem fill you both with peace, strength, resilience and hope in this time as only He can.

  10. It is always a powerful statement from hashem when he brings a neshama into the world for just a short period. It is as if the world desperately needed a glimpse of a super-bright light for just a few moments, but more than that would be too much. May you be blessed with as much comfort as possible and may you see her smile everywhere.

  11. In the 1990’s the book, Rosh Hashanah and the Messianic Kingdom to Come, revolutionized my understanding of the Bible. No other extra-Biblical literature has solidified my belief in Hashem more than your ministries literature and audio library. Your daughter was taken into the Kingdom ahead of us as one of the advance guard leading the way to the Natzal. Yael is an endtimes soldier in the tradition of Joshua and Caleb, leading our way into the Kingdom to come. Shalom — John Turner

  12. Thank you for sharing this love story of Yael. I sincerely cannot find words to express how moved I am. I made a paper heart with her name inside and dates. She will be remembered in my home, in my heart.

  13. Magnificent goods from you, man. I have take note your stuff previous to and
you are just extremely magnificent. I really like what you’ve bought right here, really like what you’re stating and the way in which through which you assert it.
You make it enjoyable and you still care for to keep it smart.

I can not wait to read far more from you.
This is really a wonderful site.

  14. Debbie and joe – you may not remember but you were at our wedding in Missouri during succot 2013. Yael held our chuppa.

I was remarrying because my previous husband had died in a sudden accident in galveston. We were fortunate to find a chevra kadisha in Houston that did the taharah. I know how important that is.

I’m part of a synagogue in saginaw tx now – Sar shalom – where I have started our own chevra kadisha. Fortunately we have only had to do one so far. I look forward to any teaching you do in this are.

She was a special young lady and a gift from HaShem.

  15. Dearest Joseph and Debbie Good,

May HaShem, who alone can comfort us in all of our sorrows and grief, comfort you both and your family. May you be free to mourn and grieve, in your Heavenly Father’s arms, for this is right and even good, but thanks be to Yeshua and His Father G-d, this grief will turn to rejoicing in the morning.
Dick and I have recognized since 1988 that HaShem has anointed you to be a teacher of His word, and we give praise to HaShem for your teaching and your life. We remember clearly (even in our old age) meeting Yael when she was a wee little one about 5 months old, and we have watched her grow in the knowledge of HaShem’s word and in wisdom. We know that the genuine faith, that is in you both, dwelt in Yael, for you both taught her well, as all godly parents should do.
We apologize for not being more timely with our love and donation to help with the medical expenses, but we just to day learned of your grief when we logged onto the Jerusalem Temple website. May HaShem guide and direct you in His path and give you the wisdom that you need for the future.
Joshua 1:9, Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”
1 Chronicles 28:20,…”Be strong and of good courage, and do it; do not fear nor be dismayed, for the LORD God–my God–will be with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you, until you have finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD.

Daniel 10:19, …”O man (and woman) greatly beloved, fear not! Peace be to you; be strong, yes, be strong!”
Shalom, with love and prayers, Roselle and Dick Schulte

  16. I don’t have the words to express my sorrow, we have been learning from joe and debbie since the tbn days and we feel like you are family and share the loss. we pray for you every day. I am not on facebook so I was unaware of the situation until last night.

  17. Blessings of YHWH
Yael is a testimony of the goodness of our Creator to all His creation..
You her parents and family are a blessing to us all.
    We grieve with you.
    Isaiah 57:1
The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.

  18. I was moved by this news story and more than touched by the family behind it all. I was raised Catholic and in my maturity I now recognize myself as a spiritual being living a human life until we are reunited with God our Father. I also believe in the power of prayer, the ability to do good in small places and to never give up. Though your child may have only lived a short time among the world, the world DIDNT live among her in the way it does to change hearts to stone. She lived a life of love and kindness and if that wasn’t a life well lived then we are all doomed. To her family and loved ones, your message of hope to change the dark corners of the earth into light is not lost on me. I will plant a tree for your daughter and seek to do good works for love in her remembrance.

  19. So sorry for the loss of your beloved Yael. Praying for you both for peace and comfort in these days ahead. Only Abba Father knows the why of it….trust in Him for His love and peace. Thank you, Joseph Good, for your teachings many years ago in South Florida were a stepping stone for my husband and myself to be on this Torah Observant path today. May you both be blessed beyond what your thoughts can imagine in Him.

  20. I’m from Utah and her story broke my heart. Though I have never known her or her family I send my deepest condolences to her family and pray for comfort and strength to them all. God bless and be strong.

  21. My condolences to the Good family on the loss of Yael. May HASHEM strengthen you all … thank you for all the work that you do with the Chavurah web casts….

  22. Stephen and I continue to keep you in prayer daily. You all have made such a difference in all of our lives. May Yael’s light shine through us all as we move forward, never forgetting her legacy of unity.

  23. Joe and Debbie, All words seem so horribly inadequate to convey our deepest sympathy, prayers, and love for you both. May the gaping hole that is left in your lives be filled, over time, with the true comfort and shalom that only The Almighty One, our compassionate Father, can give.
And may Yael’s memory be for a blessing. 🙂 xxxxxxooooo
